Traditional Scottish Breakfast
As our guest, you will start your day with a hearty full cooked Scottish breakfast, enjoying traditional delicacies such as tattie scones, kippers, smoked haddock, and, of course, black pudding - the secret ingredients of which we only ever reveal after you have finished your meal !!!
For those of you looking for something a little lighter to start your day, our extensive continental buffet is sure to please - we offer a wide selection of juices, fresh fruits, cereals and yoghurts. Of course, there is nothing to stop you enjoying a little bit of both !!!
Bar Lunches
After a busy morning enjoying the many activities and attractions Fort William has to offer, you will probably be needing a little something to set you up for the rest of the day, and our Bar Lunches, served in our comfortable "Cocktail Lounge" do just that.
These range from a tasty snacks such as our Nevis Bank Burger, which comes with a choice of delicious toppings, to main meals such as the finest Scotch lamb or beef to traditional favourites such as haddock and chips.
Evening Opitions
To round the night off, the choices are many and varied. For a relaxed meal in comfortable surroundings, there can surely be no better option than a hearty bar supper, offering many traditional home cooked favourites. From chef's soup of the day or rich chicken liver paté, to the famous Nevis Bank beef steak pie or fresh Mallaig breaded haddock, before finishing with one of our delicious home made desserts like apple pie or strawberry and champagne roulade, the options are many and varied, but, whatever your selection, you can be sure of two things - the portions will be generous and the prices reasonable.
The only thing you will have to worry about is deciding which of our two popular bars to dine in - watch the world go by in our laid back "Cocktail Lounge", or immerse yourself in the more vivacious atmosphere of our "Caman Bar", complete with big screen satellite television for all those important sporting events.
For those looking for something a little more exclusive, a meal in our "Lower Falls" restaurant offers an a la carte dining experience offering the very best in local produce such as lamb and venison, and further fine delicacies from the length and breadth of the Highlands such as cod, topside of beef, and, of course, our mouthwatering desserts - clootie dumpling anyone?
The options for dining are many and varied, and, to complement them, so too are our selection of ales, wines and spirits. What better to end your perfect day in Fort William than by unwinding with a fine malt whisky in our residents' lounge, watching the sun set over Ben Nevis?
